Mavrck Help Center Redesign

In my role as Technical Writer at Later, I exercised my design & development background to redesign our partner brand Mavrck's Help Center. Our internal design team helped provide guidance and feedback throughout two design reviews, and then I developed it as a Zendesk Guide theme using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Prior to release, I also presented the new designs and their rationale to internal teams, and coordinated peer QA testing.
